The Ache So Many Feel
Have you ever heard these questions — perhaps even in your own heart?

- Where is the answer?
These are not random thoughts. They are the cries of the soul. Many try to fill that emptiness with distractions — even good and harmless things. But nothing satisfies the deep hunger of the spirit except the presence of God.
When sin takes hold, the cry becomes more desperate. It wounds the soul and clouds the spirit. That is why Jesus came. That is why He died.

Inside every heart, there is a battle. What we feed grows stronger. What we neglect grows weaker. The world is full of people feeding the wrong voice — and their souls are crying out.
A Wake-Up Call to the Church
God hears these soul cries. He directs our movements each day among family members, friends, neighbors, and co-workers. These are not accidents. They are divine appointments. You may be the only believer someone in your life will ever truly hear. We, the Church—The Bride--, each one of us moving about in our own world are perhaps the vessels the Lord has chosen to use in reaching the lost and own friends and family. They are the people that are in our own sphere of influence, the very ones that only we can reach.

Many people try to silence an inner ache with activity, achievement, or distraction. But what we often call stress, midlife crisis, restlessness, or dissatisfaction can actually be something deeper — a soul cry.
- It is the anguish that comes when we are spiritually empty.
- It is the heart losing its moral compass.
- It is the quiet desperation that whispers, “There must be more.”

The Body: The Temple, Not the Master
Our body is the part of us that walks, works, eats, and feels physical desire and pain. It wants comfort. It wants pleasure. It wants to be pampered, demanding what it wants when it wants it. But when the body becomes the one in charge, life begins to unravel. We try to fill inner emptiness with food, possessions, busyness, relationships, or unhealthy habits or whatever feels good — hoping something will finally satisfy us. Yet the emptiness remains.
Scripture reminds us that our body was created to be the temple of the Holy Spirit. A Holy place created just for Him to dwell with us and in us, to set us apart for Him.
The body is a gift to be cared for and protected but not worshiped or allowed to lead us into destruction.

The Soul: The Mind, the Will, and the Emotions
The SOUL is who we are; personality, desires, hopes and dreams. Our Soul is created with 3 dimensions:

Every day, your soul makes decisions that shape your life.
When the soul is wounded, confused, or disconnected from God, it can lead us into cycles of discouragement, anxiety, resentment, or despair. We may chase temporary solutions to quiet the ache inside, only to find ourselves deeper in frustration and spiritual emptiness.
God gave us free will — the ability to choose. But when our thoughts, desires, and emotions rule unchecked, they can quietly become our master. The soul can trap us into a downward spiral deeper and deeper into despair, a bottomless pit with no answers. Filling that empty part of ourselves with dangerous things that lead to destruction and unhappiness.
An unguided soul produces bad choices. And bad choices always carry consequences.

This is the part of man that an Almighty and Powerful God created in order for us to be able to have Him in our lives and to dwell in us. He alone gives us direction, fulfillment and fellowship with Him. This is what our soul hungers and cries out for. We were created for Him. There is no substitute.
- Your spirit is where you encounter Him.
- It is where direction is received.
- It is where peace settles in.
- It is where true fulfillment is found.
This is the part of you that longs for more — the quiet yearning you may feel even when life looks successful on the outside. The SPIRIT was created in us to be special.
You were created for relationship with Him. There is no substitute. When the spirit is alive and surrendered to God, it gently guides the soul, and the soul wisely governs the body.
